Asian Guys in the gym

Hi there! Since I've been going to the gym working out..time for some of those Asian guys. At the place I go (Fitness First) There are lots of Asian guys there but most of them are still very skiny unlike these guys...BUFF! I think when it comes to Asian guys, a little bit of muscle will look nice.. If its too much I find that ugly (like some guys in these pics lol) Do you guys work out?? I think on my holiday, I will even work out more. I booked the hotels with the gym. Even if I can go to any Fitness First in the world, it is still a bit hassle to go esp in Thailand (its far from where I will stay). Hopefully I will come back from this trip with a good body. In the past when I go on a holiday, I only eat and put on 3-5 kilos every time :-P!

    no i dont go to the gym im too self conscience and im very shy
    im one of those who doesnt like attention directed at me cause my face will go all red and hot and im sly ^^
    and doesnt it take alot of effort just to go? normally do you go offen? is it fun? doesnt seem like it...lol

    I don't like going to the gym but I have to lol yeah getting fat.. I'm supposed to be at the gym now but too lazy today :-P

    i guest if it keeps you fit its or you cant be bothered to do some sort of exercise at home but keeping fit is good for you n everyone lol...u should ask your friends to go with with so it will moicate you to go too?maybe?^^

    I usually go there with my friend but well no matter how many friends go with me, I'm not fond of going there lol always lazy.
