Hi there! I still dont feel better…think I’ve been up too long. I didn’t get any sleep till 5pm and only had a few hour sleep…….nothing serious..just coughing. Been working really hard…non stop and hope I can get rid of them soon.. This is a bad thing about coming back from a holiday. Anyway an Asian guy for today. I post of of his pics before I think!

you should take some lemon water with honey it will help you with your coughing…and drink alot of water
